1. Service Overview

Halal Online Store provides an online marketplace connecting customers with independent halal product stores. We also coordinate delivery of purchased items to customers.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Prices are set by each store, not the Platform.

Payment is securely processed through our payment partner.

3. Product Quality & Halal Compliance

Each Vendor (store owner) is solely responsible for the accuracy, freshness, halal compliance, and labeling of their products.

The Platform does not guarantee product quality and is not liable for any issues related to the food or products supplied by Vendors.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by independent contractors.

While the Platform coordinates deliveries, delays or accidents may occur.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@halalonline.com.

5. Refunds & Returns

Product-related complaints (e.g., expired, wrong item, non-halal) must be resolved directly with the Vendor.

Delivery-related issues (e.g., late or missing order) will be handled by the Platform.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the Vendor or Platform, depending on the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not responsible for:

  • Product defects, contamination, or mislabeling.
  • Allergic reactions or health issues.
  • Customer misuse of products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

7. Account & Conduct

Customers agree to provide accurate delivery information.

Abusive or fraudulent activity may result in suspension of service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
